Questions could be as varied as 'Who should I instruct as an agent for my property and how much should I pay them?' or 'Do I need to prepare my property before selling?' to such apparently mundane things as 'Should I repaint my Lounge or Bathroom before I sell or let?'.

In today's challenging market making the right choices is not always easy. As someone who's been working in the Property business for nearly 11 years and has been giving advice to the general public, family and friends I wanted to create a site that anyone is welcome to utilise and ask an impartial question.
